Firmata nel 2006 tra il Governo italiano e il Governo francese, novativa e sostitutiva di quella del 1953

Ratifica ed esecuzione della Convenzione tra il Governo della Repubblica italiana ed il Governo della Repubblica francese relativa al traforo stradale del Monte Bianco, fatta a Lucca il 24 novembre 2006. 
Il Presidente della Repubblica è autorizzato a ratificare la Convenzione tra il Governo della Repubblica italiana ed il Governo della Repubblica francese relativa al Traforo stradale del Monte Bianco, fatta a Lucca il 24 novembre 2006.
