Società Italiana per Azioni per il Traforo del Monte Bianco nella seduta del Consiglio di amministrazione del 16 dicembre 2022, ha provveduto all’aggiornamento del Modello di Organizzazione Gestione e Controllo previsto dal Decreto Legislativo n. 231 del 8 giugno 2001.


Il Modello 231 risulta essere così composto:

riassume i dettati del Decreto, illustra la struttura e le finalità del Modello, descrive i flussi informativi verso l’Organismo di Vigilanza e presenta il Sistema Disciplinare da adottare in caso di condotte contrarie ai protocolli del Modello
